A&DC experts have demonstrated experience in a number of areas: lay-offs, selection, development assessments, assessment of potentials, and leadership development measures, providing services in a capacity that can range from limited to extensive, according to the needs of the client. On request, A&DC has developed and delivered leadership training seminars of many days' duration. Our activity portfolio supports organizations by providing Senior Executive Assessments, Executive Assessments, Assessment Center (group assessments), and Executive Development Assessments. The broad spectrum of assessment projects encompasses managers from junior, lower, and middle management levels up to senior executives at the highest company levels (CEO), from candidates for traineeships to post-graduates with multiple academic degrees. |
