Through our work with international and globally active client companies we have gained experience in various European countries (Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Greece) and have evaluated candidates from all over the world (Europe, the United States, Asia, Russia, South America, and Africa).

Approach and procedures

A&DC has broad expertise and many years of experience in evaluating candidates and job specifications to produce assessment and development measures. This entails evaluating compatibility and fit of the profiles and, derived from that, developing practical recommendations and solutions. A&DC utilizes scientific methods and instruments developed in the field of psychology and closely related fields. A&DC expert consultants have graduate university degrees in psychology, solid further education in business management, and experience in the economic sector.

Philosophy Our professional philosophy starts out from the assumption that all happenings on the social, economic, and inner psychological levels are mutually dependent. For us, the relationship between the client, the candidate, and our expert consulting activities is a close one. For this reason, we place a high priority on professional ethics. Our activities are guided by respect and trust, which we apply according to three principles: we create transparency by providing feedback, we show consistency by really meaning what we say, and we pay attention to acceptance of our methods and assessments.
